Almost a month of dry-hopping makes this pretty floral and fragrant. Brewers Best caps

Mash Style: All Grain
Brew Style: American IPA

Ingredients for 5 gallons (19 L):

  • 9.5 Pale Malt

Instructions:

Use a standard infusion mash - then 80 minute boil. Brewers gold in at 60, crystal in at 20, then dry hop with what ya got, preferably northwest hops.

OG: 1.051
FG: 1.01
Percent Alcohol: 5.56%
