Bottled	2011-11-13	Smells fantastic and completely fermented out; the long sit in the secondary did it good. 55 days.	Show	Edit
tasted	2011-11-24	Christian and I tasted this for thanksgiving - after only two weeks it needs more time but should be quite tasty. Nice color, still a little muddy. Balance was a little towards the bitter instead of the malt, but hopefully that will relax out a bit.	Show	Edit
