I skipped racking and went to bottling - 1/2 into the pig and then into a few 20's and 12's. To mix the priming sugar I had to stir the fermenter, which meant that a lot of trub that was on the bottom and hadn't been racked off got stirred up. I didn't stir what went into the pig, so hopefully that should be good at least. This batch was definitely not my best showing - let's see how it tastes...
